My name is Karen Mullins and I don’t believe we were gifted this life to play small. In fact I think it’s our duty to become all that we can be. To live with meaning and purpose and to enjoy the very best that life has to offer. I love the way American author, Marianne Williamson, puts it:

“Your playing small does not serve the world…as we let our own light shine we unconsciously give other people the permission to do the same.”

The first step of course is to start by giving yourself that permission.

I did exactly this just over three years ago. I had spent 20 years working as a Chartered Surveyor in the corporate world here in the UK, and while there were many aspects of my career that I loved and was proud of, the voice inside that wanted ‘more’ kept getting louder.

I stumbled upon Bob Proctor* on a podcast just as this voice was getting pretty loud. I didn’t know what I wanted other than for my next 10 years to be different to the last. I had fallen into the ‘Groundhog Day’ cycle in a big way and, truth be told, a lot of the time I was pretty comfortable there.  I didn’t know where to start with making any changes but I felt pretty sure that Bob did so I embarked on my first ever coaching programme and a new passion began to unfold.

Today I get to work alongside Bob Proctor as a certified coach with the Proctor Gallagher Institute and I am extremely proud to have achieved the status of the top 1% of consultants worldwide as part of Bob’s Inner Circle.
